How It Works




Work is accepted by post, email or telephone.


For local Clients, work can be picked up if required.  (Please note there is a charge for this service).



An approximate quote will be given prior to work being undertaken.


Any work undertaken will be completed within the required deadlines.  If an unforeseen problem arises, the Client will be contacted immediately.



Upon completion of work, the Client will be informed immediately.


Completed work can be emailed or posted.  Unless the work is emailed, the Client will also be provided with a copy on disc.


For local Clients delivery of completed work can be arranged.  (Please note there is a charge for this service).



I am available after 5pm on weekdays and also at weekends.  (Please note the fee will be higher on these occasions).


Immediate payment should be made upon receipt of an invoice, unless a contract is in place.



VAT is not charged, as it is not applicable.


Two methods of payment are accepted:  cheque or postal order payable to Elite
Secretarial Services.


Copies of all work undertaken will be kept for a total of 12 months, before being
deleted or shredded.


Client details will never be made available to a third party and will be used by Elite Secretarial Services only for the services rendered, as advertised.



All work is treated as strictly private and confidential.



I will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement for any Client if required.


Elite Secretarial Services agree to provide an efficient and professional service.  All Clients will be treated with courtesy and respect.
